Is the message card included?
Yes. Every necklace ships with its printed keepsake card and a gift box. No extra cost.
Can I put her name on the card?
Yes, and it's free. Type her first name on the product page before adding to cart and I'll print it on the card in elegant script, exactly as you typed it. Leave it blank if you prefer the classic look.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each piece is made to order in the USA: 1–4 business days to make, then 2–5 business days to deliver. Plan on 3–9 business days door to door. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships. Ordering for a special date? Give it 10 days to be safe.
Does it come gift-ready?
Yes — in a soft-touch gift box, or the mahogany-style box with an LED spotlight if you choose it. There are no prices or invoices inside, so you can ship it straight to her.
What is it made of? Will it tarnish?
316L surgical-grade stainless steel with a 14K white gold or 18K yellow gold finish, and a round-cut cubic zirconia. 316L is low-reaction with minimal nickel, so most people with sensitive skin wear it comfortably. Honestly: if you shower or swim in it, any plated jewelry will eventually dull. Take it off first, pat it dry if it gets wet, and it keeps its shine for years.
Will it fit?
The chain is adjustable from 18" to 22", so it sits comfortably on almost anyone. The pendant is about 0.6" (15.7 mm) tall — delicate, not chunky.
What if she doesn't love it?
Email me within 30 days of delivery and I'll refund your order in full. You don't need to ship anything back.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send me a photo within 30 days and I'll send a new one, free — no return needed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production fast. Email me within 24 hours of ordering and I'll do my best to catch it before it's made.
Caring for your piece
Take it off before bathing or swimming. If it gets wet, pat it dry with a soft cloth and let it air-dry completely. Clean with a jewelry cloth (a soft toothbrush works for grime), rinse, dry, and store it somewhere dry.
